Customer-question mining
Discovering the real questions customers ask, from Reddit, Quora, support tickets, and Search Console, to find high-intent content opportunities.

Customer-question mining is the practice of finding the actual questions your customers ask, in their own words, rather than the sanitized keywords a tool suggests. It is the highest-ROI discovery method in foundational SEO because it surfaces real intent, real language, and real gaps that aggregate keyword data smooths away.
The sources are where customers already talk. Reddit and Quora threads in your niche reveal the questions people ask peers when they do not trust marketing. Your own support tickets and sales-call notes are a goldmine of the exact objections and confusions buyers have. Search Console's query report shows the long-tail questions you already get impressions for. Tools like People Also Ask and autosuggest extend the set. Forums and review sites add the language of dissatisfaction, which often maps to the most valuable BOFU content.
The payoff is content that answers questions buyers actually have, phrased the way they phrase them, which both ranks for the long tail and gets cited by AI engines that favor question-and-answer structure. It also feeds the topical map: each mined question is a node to cover. This is why our audit can ingest pasted support tickets and read Search Console queries, to mine the real question set rather than guess at it.
